Miniscule in terms of our consumption of gas. Please keep in mind the big picture is to make it so that we are not dependent on any other country for our oil use. In that context, our ethanol use is still miniscule. If he wants to make a real dent, then he should go much further than 5 time increase. More like a 20 times increase or even more would be needed.
