harry, True, but I am kind of skittish about sending my money to any firm I don't know. Neteller was sort of the Rolls Royce firm and never had any problems. Some other firms could be a bunch of retired Nigerian government officials. Also, I never paid a fee with Neteller. They operated a lot like credit cards and zinged the casinos for the fees. They also made profits on interest on deposits that remained there. I often had some chunky sized piles of money with them.
The firms themselves, the wallets and the poker sites, are perfectly legal cos. in their own country and extradition is not likely. However, so many of these goofs want to live in America, and that's where the fit hits the shan. The World Court will not back the USA, as we lost the case Antigua filed against our heavy handed DOJ. But if the principals decide they want to visit New York or LA, they are toast.
Calvin Ayre, the founder of Bodog, has said he will not visit the USA for any reason. What fun is it to be a billionaire if you have to spend time in prison? |
