Seems like WMSI is having some issues in financing their business or paying off some debt. Operating "under forbearance" or something? Not sure what I read, maybe just legal boilerplate. Still, if it's an asset play, that's what it is, and the income statements and bottom line problems (if they exist), would be dwarfed by the worth of the land. (making the stock a buy at current price for a ltb&h)
