More info on atm over adsl: those atm features now being added to the new orckit/fujitsu chip ("in line with a new definition of ADSL known as Issue II...") might have a market/be important (would not be surprised if it had been "requested" and don't have a clue about how one adds such features to silicon/or what the advantage would be over an alternative software implementation... )... :

and thanks for these first call estimates... I also don't pay all that much attention to analysts... many times the challenge seems to be interpreting their agenda... orctf analysts seem to be those that were involved in their ipo, so they are certainly sympathetic... on the other hand, don't think anyone spends all that much time on orctf, so the figures could well be a pass through of guidance provided... seems like orctf likes to beat estimates, and therefore believe your +.02 might well be in the ballpark...
