Max, It was typical Jeff Garcia taking the focus of the success of the season off of himself and talking about the team as a whole; he really is a first class individual. He also spoke of how great the Philly fans are and of how he got booed on his first game. Lol, he mentioned how the fans had favored Feeley at first(hell, I did too), but wouldn't mention him by name? He did say that this is Donovan's team. Leno asked him about next season and his free agency status. Would he be back next year? Garcia looked lost and stumbled over this question. His answer eventually was I'll have options after March 1st, he seems overly careful about his answer. I believe after watching this interview that he won't be back. At the end of the season he made mention that he wanted to come back even in a backup role; this clearly was a departure from that statement and I sense a fiercely competitive individual who wants to start for a team next year. Can you imagine the difficulties McNabb would have if they kept him? Not only would McNabb be battling a comeback from the injury, but the first time he struggled the fans would be yelling for Garcia. You know us Eagles fans :) I'm departing from my original thoughts...I think Garcia is gone and we go into season hopeful of a rehab McNabb and Feeley as backup. I don't know what the draft looks like for QB's, but they better be looking to the future and soon imo. Mike
