That is exactly what is happening to you. You are being spoon fed spin by liberally biased media outlets misrepresenting it as facts. You are then left to analyse less than half of the story.

I witnessed an automobile accident and offered my contact information to the victim. When her insurance company called they asked what color her car was. I was able to state that it was blue on the front and the left side and that I did not see the right side or rear of it.

You would just see a blue car.
