Well you have to consider that the company has issued more than 16mm new shares since the last PR. This "good news"...a huge volume pop...the stock actually goes down. Where do you actually think these new shares go and why do you think they were issued? After 2 years of this game don'tcha think by now folks are finally starting to figure it out? The PR's get sold for a reason.
