I have a hunch that many other things are being looked at as a result of the Hudson Fund gamesplaying; this is someone who has a regulatory history with 2 states as well as a prior SEC consent decree, if I remember correctly. What it may lead to is pure speculation and I'd rather not indulge in that. Question: what business would SNCG be in? At some point it must issue financials even if it's exempt from the quarterly reporting - unless I'm way wrong on that. Dee Jay
