Here is some help for a "green" Tomato. If you have yet to receive a proxy it means yours U.S broker is too damn lazy to pass it on to you. Phone you broker first. If this fails, call darling Sophie and get the name and number of Winspear's transfer agent. Probably Montreal Trust, Pacific Corporate Trust or RM Trust all in Vancouver. They will tell you the name of the intermediary who was supposed to mail your proxy to your broker. Then call the intermediary and ask them why the hell they didn't mail the proxy to your broker. If they say they did, then call your lazy broker and fire him/her/it! (THIS MESSAGE CAN BE SUNG TO THE TUNE "PLEASE MR POSTMAN") HARLEY
