Becky...I am not saying that all. Fools have run this stock up 200% in a day and it had nothing to do with the company! They did just recently. It's musical chairs Beck...don't be left standing when the music stops. As for the company...it's a shell game. They have morphed from oil field acquisition to oil field servicers to oil well drillers to now sludge lords. There are those that vehemently disagree but what evidence did they show? SPRL has been completely unwilling to audit even after promising to do so. They have never given updates on any JV. Did they ever drill a well as they said? Was it dry and they're just not saying? What about the oil field servicing contracts? Everything with this company is "agreements to do..." "understandings" "arrangements" etc. Look at the wording in all of the PR's..they never report anything that's actually been done. Here are examples 1. Strat Petroleum, Ltd. Performing Due Diligence to Acquire Interest in Two Additional Orenburg Oil & Gas Properties September 8, 2004 Why not just complete it and tell us what you've found afterwards instead saying you're "performing DD"? 2. Strat Petroleum, Ltd. Completes Agreement to Acquire 80% Profit Interest in an 11.25 Million Barrel Northern Orenburg Oil & Gas Property What happened to that "agreement"? 3. Strat Petroleum Announces Reaching an Understanding to Acquire 50% Interest in Oil & Gas Drilling and Exploration Company in Orenburg Wouldn't it be a little more truthful to just report that the company has ACTUALLY acquired? HMmmmm. 4. Strat Petroleum Announces Multi-Million Dollar Contract to Service the Largest Oil Site in the Russian Federation. Why have they never mentioned this again? Well, I guess you get the idea Becky. What is it about this company that would lead anybody to believing they are for real? The company has a history of printing shares that seem to find their way into the market with every PR! The ultimate question for you (or any other believer)... Has there EVER been a SPRL PR that has resulted in a sustained higher share price in the last 2 years?
