It's in keeping with Bush's strategy right from the start of his presidency. Wherever the president went internationally he snubbed everyone. He was never one interested in dialogue. Now look where it's got him. If Israel could find its way to talking with Arafat, perhaps the president could do himself a favor and consider something new, seeing as whatever he's been doing thus far has been an utter failure, ie Iraq.
