But you can leave out facts and get the same effect. Like just talking about certain areas of Greenland and antarctica. Like saying the polar bear pop. is going down. Except that is only occurring around Hudson bay and the pop. is increasing in Norway and Russia. so if you intentionally leave out facts does that make it a hoax ?
