(Attach Extra Sheets if Needed) Registrant is waiting for a material financing package to close, which would be a very significant subsequent event footnote to the financials. _____________________________________________________________________ This sounds interesting, no? Does anybody know what this refers to? (By "this" I mean "a material financing package".) I am not used to SEC filings containing vague, provocative statements (which makes me think I may be missing something here). Usually they are so dry and gloomy. Thoughts? Jonathan
