Thanks for the update and scenario. What is or was taking place that would cause the debenture holders to antipate receiving stock in the next few days?

Re: 3) Why would MM's and/or traders be anticipating free unrestricted stock, are they the debenture holders? and re: 4) debenture clients of of J P Carey? Pardon my confusion but I need some clarification.

I understand selling short and having to cover, isn't this the same issue we faced several months ago? How did that turn out? i.e., "Struthers denies conversion of private placement offerings; cites belief that reps and warranties were breached"
