Well, the correct expression is Democratic Party...the man is either ignorant or an irreverent jerk. Lousy choice. Well then apparently you also care about pretty irrelevant details Calling the Democratic party the Democrat party has been a rightwing dig for some time now.........certainly, its petty but its also tiring and immature. If Bush did it as a dig, then he is less presidential than I thought. Its more likely its simply another Bush gaffe. But it doesn't take much for people to get upset in what has become a very partisan atmosphere in DC.
