I wonder how long it will take before the winger core realizes and accepts that their connection with the moderates is seriously broken. They are virtually irrelevant already. Not so fast. If it were not for these wingers, somebody like GWB would be a big joke and run out of town long ago. They are not going to get another Bush (at least I hope not) but they are making the most of it. They do a masterful job of defining the opposition with talking points that are easy for talk radio and print media winger core to rally around. They not only get limbaugh, O'Reilly, Hannity, etc but they also get the likes of Brooks, Wills, Kristol and such to keep this administration propped up. The fact that this administration is still in office is a terrific tribute to the abilities of this core. Don't under estimate these people.
