Timing of the disclosure that NOKIA had until 2008 to renegotiate the license even though the license expires in April 2007. Was that at the same CC that Keitel announced that there was NO buyback in that quarter because of info that Q had that was not public? I am talking about the CC in Nov. 2006. We were kept in the dark that Nokia can get away without paying royalties from april 2007 till some time in 2008. Thanks in advance for shedding any light on this issue. So maybe in the Nov. CC Keitel was referring to this bad news.
