In a time of oppression against world Jewry, how would those being persecuted get to Isra'El in a timely safe manner?

I agree, Isra'El is an illusionary safe haven, perhaps part of the myth of the need for a "Jewish" state.

Isra'El is the most dangerous place to be a Jew (outside of the Arab world).
