Through all of this you are avoiding the 400 pound gorilla. What are the unintended consequences? What mechanisms will businesses use to circumvent the limits? Every time you increases taxes and reduce freedoms you create an industry.

Limiting deductions might sound great to some, but it is a fallacy as wrong as static scoring of taxes. People respond to restrictions fluidly.
