I'm getting a little tired waiting for Qualcomm management to "create shareholder value". I think it's time to cut PJ loose. I know the company is under attack by the POS6 and being held captive by the Chinese, but the company needs to grow a set and resolve these overhanging issues by taking action. Even if it isn't optimal. Engineers have a nasty habit of seeing solutions in black or white. Intellectually there is one "right" solution to any problem, but there are always other sub-optimal choices. PJ and his management team have the company acting like a cork bobbing on the ocean, waiting and hoping that the pieces all line up. There will ALWAYS be issues, and I feel as though management is just sitting on its hands (while spending $200MM on legal costs this year).

Sorry for the rant, but I really believe it's time to turn PJ back to the labs and bring in somebody who can drive the business instead of going along for the ride.
