There is competition for SYSF and more to come I'll wager. However SYSF is well positioned to credibly offer this product because of their strong OEM relationships, their success doing the same thing at the PC Card level and their powerful friends (Intel and DEC, to name a couple). Don't underestimate the allure of call avoidance. It is the single biggest expense in a low margin business and is getting worse, not better. Call avoidance with the potential for high customer sat (e.g.- "My AST fixed itself, think I'll buy one for the kids!") is the holy grail in this market. The reality is tech support call centers can't keep growing the way they have been; something's got to give. Neil
