This approach should be measurable. Lets hope they share the data with us. When a region is cleared, we should be made aware of acts of violence which occur in the region, and it can be compared to regions which are not yet cleared.

Would a violence level the same as say Washington DC or New Orleans be an acceptable level? What were the pre-invasion levels?
