Slight change of subject, Michael Crichton lately has been pointing out that the fact that a paper is published in a peer reviewed journal is NOT a guarantee of quality. He says this is well know amongst scientists and what to do about it is a hot topic being debated by scientists.

Are there any peer reviewed studies on the medical effects of inhaled mariuana versus marinol?
