That is exactly what PJ and Altman said.

Rest assured that QCOM is also making that point cleat to the operators as well, as a successful injunction campaign could disrupt the 3G operators business if NOK phones start to get removed from shelves. Therefore, QCOM's message to the operators should be "beware, we don't want to dispupt your business, but we have to do what we have to do. You (i.e. the operators) should inturn, think about ordering something other than NOK 3 G phones until this get sorted out"
