ECIL Is trying to get over the $9 level bigcharts.marketwatch.com It is above MBR, but revenues & earnings have been a little better in the last 2Qs & it trades around 1.65xBV with no significant LTD & +CF around $0.70 It still needs to close above its Oct 12 H of 9.49 & its Apr H of $12 before it can make a 5Yrs.
