In this one you are getting lukewarm at least.

Now ask yourself who much a family of four pays each year for:

1) Reasonably good health insurance.
2) Property or other local taxes for schools.
3) State & Fed tax for roads.
4) Property insurance for earthquakes fire, hurricane.

I agree 100% that society can decide to average risks in any category, or make any one of the above items a "right" for all. The problem is that health care is the most expensive, and by quite a margin.
