Now you're veering off into another direction. Most health insurance is paid for by employers, how much you pay in property taxes and income taxes depends on how much you make and how much your house is worth. Your homeowners insurance depends on how expensive your home is and how much at risk it is.

We're talking about spreading risk, not about absolute or relative costs.

You're not making any sense and it's still quite clear to me that you do not understand either the concept of insurance or the idea of risk.
