The UN knew he had WMD and it was Saddams obligation to disarm or prove he destroyed it. He refused to comply with that binding agreement. Many intelligence agencies around the world knew that Saddam had WMD and were on record saying so. No lie.Perhaps bad information...or perhaps Sadaam did a good job hiding and destroying it to embarass others. We may never know. But still...no proof of lies.
