You have to understand the nature of GIFT. This is solely a patent that if upheld will make stockholders a lot of money. There is no product from E-data.

Their overhead is extremely low since all they need is an office somewhere to keep track of the internet commerce and royalty payments. The patent was way ahead of its time and if it isn't upheld in the courts then GIFT is a goner and so are we, the shareholders.

My instincts tell me we are in for good news. Why? Well if the patent was hogwash this would have settled long ago and you would not see IBM, for one, licensing to E-data. Big Blue is a group of very sharp people and have some of the best patent attorneys in the world.
