After he last made that claim, I reconfirmed it with a most competent individual who has access to a modulation analyzer. I believe he also referred to a rumor started by some "idiots" at SiriusBackstage.com. For the record, XM was broadcasting using HM (at a very conservative bitrate) late last year (Sept-Nov) on the low channel transponders only, prior to the switchover to XM4. At that time, they were doing "live testing". The simulation testing had occurred months before.
