Mr. Carlos Hermoso Mendoza is a criminal, he was once detained in Costa Rica where he took 300k from potential investors and never returned a single penny! He messed up with a very good Engineer Robert Leon ( from Motorola ) into believing this was an honest corporation, which almost costs Robert a heart attack when he found out about all the FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY! Thank God Robert left but I am not sure if he is still trying to sell some calypso stock since he never got a penny from Carlos. He has fooled at least 100 honorable persons into investing in his scam! I know people who worked for him who want him in JAIL! Even today, this individual keeps claiming that he has made a Wi-Fi to GSM/GPRS handset, that he has the "technology" to make seamless roaming from Wi-Fi to cellular newtorks possible, even today he has potential investors fooled by his criminal behavior! How is this possible? there was NEVER any research and Development, NEVER any manufacturing of Access Points or any hardware with software on it, there HAS NEVER BEEN a single Wireless Operator testing his "fake technology", WI-FI to Cellular already EXISTS and is provided in many ways by ROBUST and solid HW providers, it is just a matter of READING and UNDERSTANDING current wireless trends and technologies in the mobile space. Mr. Hermoso Mendoza does not even show as a member of the Board of Directors because now he is VERY AFRAID of some people coming back to him to GET SOME OF THEIR MONEY BACK!, The fact that this Nicaraguan could come and fool so many people in the U.S is just unveliabable! What happened to the 500 million purchase order from a Chinese Mobile Operator??? This was just one of many, many LIES! Even today he is trying to steal more money from honest people and has his luggage ready to fly out from Miami anytime! CARLOS HERMOSO MENDOZA YOU ARE A CRIMINAL! YOUR COMPANY IS A SCAM! I WARNED EVERYONE TWO YEARS AGO!!!
