You may be right , history usually repeats itself. However to put the whole thing in perspective it may be a little different, notice I said a little different this time, The word from a lot of the folks at PADC last year is that this time around was that, we have found most of the easy stuff, EIA requirements means what we find will take 7 to 10 years to bring new mines into production, some of the large established mines are getting a little tired (which means companies will be on the hunt to replace reserves through acquisition or JV) and the final kicker. In 1987 we did not have China sucking up resources at the current rate. All indicators point to a long term bull market for base metals with the obvious corrections along the way. What do we do? find juniors with good reserves and and drill prospects and..................use stops.
