Not only that but why open/fund a commodity account that won't be used much plus pay the exchange fees (seeing as that's not included).

Funny, I have stock accounts that I never used until recently. Unless you park the cash in T-Bills you won't even get interest on funds in a Futures account.

At least I don't. I park excess funds in 90 day bills.
