To All,

Seems that 86 million shares is a ton of shares to
make a per share profit. Reverse split of 2 to 1
would make some difference at least to minmize
loses and play "hocus pocus" with accounting.
For a short while. A small profit for this
company would bring back the price. Check on the
number of MMs. I will bet there are bunches that
don't mind hanging on to inventories at the end of
the day. I am not sure how the AMEX works, but I
do know the NASDAQ MM don't mind keeping inventories
because the clearing house gives them wholesale traders
settlement time of 10 working days. Non-brokers have
got to settle in 3 days. I think they can hold it at
no cost, which gives them some time to turn the inventory
just like a billing period on wholesale goods, flooring
on automobiles and such. OUT
