The price differential with medicare if roughly 15% BUT is has been widening in recent years and will continue unless the reimbursement formulas are changed.

Medicaid differentials in many states is shocking. Ex. Maryland (I think) offering OB_GYNs $350 total to provide a medicaid patient with 12 prenatal visits and 2 post partum visits.
