Liar. Kerry was a very potent prosecutor in the DA's office and helped bring down the Irish mob. He was also instrumental in bringing down the Medillin Cartel, the BCCI Bank, Noriega and the Iran-Contra radical rightwing fanatics who were arming Iran and pushing a needless war in Nicaragua.

In fact you're going to see more of his prosecutorial abilities shortly once the hearings into Bush-Cheney's many lies and high crimes begin.
