Did you say that you thought saddam had little or no chem and bio weapons back then? Maybe i am mis-remembering the war but i rememmber almost all folks believing this and the debate being whether deterrence would work or not. When they found nothing, i was shocked. As for nukes i didnt think he was anywhere close but i worried then as i worry now about soviet suitcase bombs and radiological weaponry.
