Justin- Thought you might like this site. Somone working here is bidding against me for a DPT Raid controller. ncifcrf.gov Spent a night trying to get Linux up. No luck. Product still pretty rough. Gave up on Slackware almost immediately as fooling around with creating diskettes seems primitive in this day and age. Open Linux looked more promising as it boots directly from the CD. But after 6 installs each time trying to get X-Windows to recognize my Mouse I gave up. Nothing more unfriendly than a Unix command line without any experience or documentation. Open Linux comes with Star Office and ADABAS D. All for $10. Back to my bidding war. I'll keep you posted. Harvey Nope dropped out of the bidding. I just got dual 16mb IDE caching controllers working on my $200. pentium pro system and I want to go to the next level. Good thing I'm not into the expensive IRIX boxes. komodo.ebay2.com
