All fine points, Len Yes the USSR would love to bankrupt the US, and so would china. And yes there is a lot to do to prepare the US for the war to come. And the end of oil is closer than anyone is telling us, and the designs for the new technology is going to have to come from somewhere. I would be interested in seeing where intel's new chips will be made. I can see the day when most homes are energy self sufficient in North America. And they are already talking about it getting people ready for it. The middle east is an acceptable place for a war, to Russia, China and the US. Right now they are only choosing their positions.
