This is what I'm saying that brinker said, Math: "All of the individual issues on our list are currently rated "hold" except the Nasdaq 100 Shares (QQQ), which are recommended within the guidelines listed on page one of this newsletter. . Clearly, brinker was saying that there were DIFFERENT recommendations for QQQ as per stated on page one of the November 2000 newsletter, and that even though QQQQ was part of the ongoing Individual List and subject to the 40% cash reserves allocation, there were DIFFERENT recommendations for it. .
