This is what I'm saying that brinker said, Math: "All of the individual issues on our list are currently rated "hold" except the Nasdaq 100 Shares (QQQ), which are recommended within the guidelines listed on page one of this newsletter.

Clearly, brinker was saying that there were DIFFERENT recommendations for QQQ as per stated on page one of the November 2000 newsletter, and that even though QQQQ was part of the ongoing Individual List and subject to the 40% cash reserves allocation, there were DIFFERENT recommendations for it.


Your interpretation implies that he was giving two conflicting recommendations for QQQ in the same newsletter. Nonsense.

The passage clearly means he was removing the hold recommendation from that list. It would not have been necessary to do that if the recommendations on the list didn't apply to that particular trade.
