Correct me if I am wrong but a 3 - 2 split will give TRTC about 2 million shares outstanding, not 3 million unless the 1.3 million figure in Briefing is wrong. Did they issue new shares to buy Universal?

Hypothetically, if Universal puts $15 million on the top line and it's profitable - say 5% net - that would raise earnings at lest .50 share pre-split. Just hypothetically.

But TRTC could really rocket if the impact is that good.
