Hi John,

That's typically what my accountants have said as well. File as capital gains, don't worry about it. I think that's mostly because everybody does it that way, and typically RevCan doesn't challenge it. I'm hoping to hear about situations where RevCan has challenged the return or at least fine tuned the rules.
