Evangelical Christians will have a tough time of it in 2008 deciding who to vote for if the social issues are a priority.

The thing that is intriguing to me is that Rudy does extremely well speaking to groups of conservative voters. He was a little weak in NH this week because he hasn't declared. But when he does, he will be very strong.

The MSM will do all they can to torpedo him. They know he can beat any of the Dem candidates, so they will want to split off the evangelicals if possible. Look for a lot of emphasis on his three marriages and his abortion stands.

I can't see the Social Conservatives taking him down if they don't see anyone else they think they can win with.
