Don't get too comfy with the free long distance. My service was turned over on July 7th and I received my first bill on Sept. 2nd. My checking account was debted on Sept. 9th. Rates were at 9.9 cpm (6 second increments) and 7.9 cpm in California. I own a small position of stock and am a field rep. Many of us have been sitting back waiting for the company to grow up a bit and move away from just being a long distance provider and offer some high tech communication products. The person in charge of Mibridge evidently is a very bright individual. He used to work for Bell Labs and AT&T uses the algorithms he created for their cell phone network. My aunt works for Lucent and speaks very highly of this man. We will see what happens. We reps are looking for something tangable to offer to the public. Hopefully we will have something in a couple of days. Ski R.
