I see no reason for Bush to announce his policy to kill/capture Iranians other than to start getting the American people ready for a strike on Iran. I'm assuming that when Iranians in Iraq go missing Iran has already figured that out. If you've been watching the border guard conviction story the latest episode is some Republican reps turned to the Dept of Homeland and asked for details. They were told they had to file a FOIA request. Every indication is that Bush/Cheney don't need Congress, Bush is Commander-in-Chief. jttmab
