Jim, thanks for the thoughtful reply. By razor I simply meant that recurring revenue that everyone(especially Carlton Lutts) so much loves. I have a spreadsheet with Imation and numerous other printing suppliers on it, but felt the comparison with Xeicon is most appropriate. Pierre
