The lead CNN story in Iraq is a big bloody battle against Sunni insurgents. It appears we are taking sides against the Sunnis, which could further escalate the violence.

Bottomline, we should never ever get between two warring factions in a civil war. We made a similar mistake in Vietnam and it really cost us. If we don't get rid of Bush-Cheney Iraq-Iran could turn out to be even worse.
