McVeigh bombed OK City in honor of David Koresh, the sicko far rightwing cult leader who thought he was Jesus incarnate. God knows what he was planning with his arsenal. McVeigh felt very strongly that the government had attacked his religious hero, so he took out the biggest government building he could find, including a day care center filled with little kids. If McVeigh wasn't christian then why would his hero think he was Jesus Christ? I know the far right hates the fact the #2 terrorist attack in US history came from one of them. They are busily trying to spin conspiracy theories that McVeigh secretly worked for Saddam Hussein, which is a ridiculous lie.
