Looks like this is the only information - as of May 2005, they had issued a bit over $2 million in shares for "licensing agreement" and $400,000 for salaries, $2500 in legal fees.

Unfortunately, there is little to glean from that as I had previously suggested. The time is now almost 2 years past. There is no information as to the price upon which shares are valued. Nothing about number of shares issued.

Do you think this a major contributor to dilution going forward? We also don't have the terms of the restrictions. It would seem to be 2 years so perhaps that is a significant issue re dilution??

The form doesn't state, unless I read it wrong, which reg section under which it is filed.
